Jim Knight – The Politician
Introduction
James Knight was born on the 6th of March 1965 and got his education from Eltham College which is located in the south – east of London. After that he joined the University of Cambridge from which is studied a BA Honors degree in Geography, Social and Political Sciences. When he started his career he began working for Central Studio and then later on the West Wiltshire Arts Centre and the Dentons Directories. Later on he joined politics in the year 1997 when he stood in the general election for the position of Labour candidate for the party ‘South Dorset’. From the year 2001 till 2010 Jim Knight MP was the Member of Parliament for South Dorset. However after that he lost his position. During his political career, Jim Knight won several ministerial seats some of which were the Minister for Employment and Welfare Reform and Minister for the South West.
Current Status
Currently Jim Knight is a British politician of the Labour Party. Currently he is also serving as the Student Services Director in the Spring Hill Elementary School. However there is on – going speculation that he will soon be resigning from this post by sometime in September this year.
