 I attended a meeting of Slimming World in Littlemoor today to present the prizes to the group's Mr. & Mrs. It was the first time I'd been to a slimming club and it was great. The group has collectively lost 23 stone in the last month, and Ros and Terry (Mr & Mrs) have lost almost 9 stone between them since they started going. It may not be everyone's scene but they are doing a great job in healthy eating and encouraging more activity.
 I went on to meet the Labour group on the council before going on to the Boot Inn, where I was warmly greeted by the landlord!
